Refund Policy

To ensure your satisfaction with our products/services,below are the refund policy.

7-day Malfunction Money Back Guarantee: We offer a 7-day Malfunction guarantee on all purchases. If you receive a malfunction products(ie. the product did not perform its ordinary function, broken, scratches) , you may return it for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date. Please note that the product/service must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Our team will review your request and initiate the refund process if it meets our refund policy criteria.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned product/service. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay in processing. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different product/service, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
