No, the filter cannot be washed. Instead, clean it with a vacuum cleaner every 2-3 months. This maintenance will extend its usage to around 9 months before needing replacement.

Is the purifier quiet?

The noise level ranges from 25dB - 35dB under quiet mode which is equivalent to quiet library. At night, it operates quieter than most air conditioners and fans, making it ideal for bedroom use.

How long can the purifier run continuously?

KURIN purifiers can run 24 hours a day with no usage time limit. We recommend keeping them on when you are home, especially at night for optimal performance. You can turn them off when no one is home.

How long does delivery take after placing an order?

Excluding public holidays and weekends, delivery usually takes about 3-4 business days after dispatch.

How do I install the Kurin V5 Pro?

The air purifier requires no installation. Simply plug it in and turn it on after unboxing.

Are there any ongoing maintenance fees? 

No, there are no ongoing maintenance fees. You don't need to hire anyone for servicing. Just replace the filter at home every 9-12 months.
